TTL Overview (Think, Transform & Leverage)

The Travel, Transportation and Logistics (TTL) is a very large and fragmented sector comprising diverse players operating within and across the various modes of transport. Although the business models and strategies are quite different across Air, Land and Sea, there are commonalities, especially in the IT landscape. In general, the key players are moving towards an IT-driven strategy to drive revenue, reduce costs and increase operational efficiency. With few exceptions, players in the sector are increasing their spending on e-Commerce as well as CRM solutions.
Having provided services to some of the largest players in each of the sub-verticals, Sonata's dedicated TTL vertical team comprises experts who have worked with and for airlines, tour operators, travel distribution intermediaries, hospitality and logistics firms. Sonata’s TTL vertical leverages its domain expertise, strategic alliances and TUI InfoTec Joint Venture to deliver products and solutions to its customers. These products and solutions significantly improve the time-to-market while lowering the risks involved in adoption of new technologies and systems for our customers. Being an IATA (International Air Transport Association) Strategic Partner helps Sonata provide pro-active solutions based on the Transportation industry trends.

We provide end-to-end IT services to the following sub-verticals:
